How do I order for the interval?

To order for the interval please select the timeslot that is one hour after the performance start time.

Why am I unable to select a timeslot?

If you cannot select a timeslot, this unfortunately means that we have taken the maximum amount of orders for this timeslot. Please select another timeslot.

Where will I collect my order?

Your order will be available for collection from your level of the theatre. For example, if you are seated in the Stalls, then your order will be available for collection from the Stalls Bar.

I haven't received a confirmation email for my order. What do I do?

Your confirmation email will be sent once the bar has accepted your order - the order will not be accepted until the bar opens on the day of your visit.

Why does my order appear as "pending" on my bank statement?

All orders appear as pending on your bank statement until the day of your visit. Your card will not be charged and your confirmation email won’t be sent until the bar accepts your order on the day of your visit.
