This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand and plan their EPOS requirements, ensuring their needs are met with our solutions.
Coordinate and manage the logistics of equipment hire and installation, guaranteeing seamless setup and functionality.
Provide exceptional on-site support during installations and offer ongoing assistance, both remotely and on-site, as needed alongside the Customer Success Team.
Take full ownership of client relationships, managing all aspects of planning and execution of EPOS use at these sites.
Work collaboratively with our Ops and CS Teams, while also interacting with other departments within the company.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, with a proven track record of success.
Tech experience is a bonus.
Proficiency in Excel or similar software is highly desirable, aiding in the efficient management of data and operations.
Working Environment:
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. However, as this is an operational role, flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential to meet the demands of the business, with time off in lieu.
You’ll be joining a growing business with significant opportunities for personal and professional growth. This role offers the chance to shape how we deliver events and build lasting client relationships.
This position reports directly to the COO, providing high-level visibility and impact within the organisation.
While all necessary software training will be provided, a good working knowledge of Google for Workspaces, or MS Office (Excel or similar tools) is highly beneficial for this role.
Travel to client sites is an integral part of this role. While most travel will be around London, there will also be opportunities to visit other locations as required.
If you are passionate about operations, have a strong background in hospitality, and are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role, we would love to hear from you. Join us at Dines, and be part of the team that is revolutionising the EPOS landscape for festivals and venues alike!
