Orders print directly into the kitchen, where chefs can see them appear in real time through both production tickets and a clear kitchen display system. On the front counter, a customer-facing display shows order numbers and statuses, so guests know that their food is ready, without asking staff, which reduces interruptions. The entire experience was built around their needs. It gave guests a seamless way to order and freed the team to focus on cooking, quality and running the business.
