Terms of Service for iPhone EPOS Rental by Dines App Ltd

1. Introduction

Welcome to Dines App Ltd. By renting iPhone EPOS kits ("the Equipment") through our service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our rental services, including proceeding with a rental after receiving a quote, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms.

3. Rental Period

Your rental period starts on the date specified in your accepted quote and ends on the date noted, unless terminated earlier based on these terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be made as outlined in your quote. Late payments may incur fees or additional charges, as detailed in the quote.

5. Use of Equipment

The Equipment must be used only for the purposes agreed upon at the time of rental and at the locations specified. You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations while using the Equipment.

6. Maintenance and Inspection

We ensure the Equipment is delivered in good working order. Please inspect the Equipment upon delivery and immediately notify us of any issues.

7. Loss or Damage

You are responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the Equipment. You will be charged for repair or replacement costs if the Equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen due to your negligence or misuse.

8. Liability and Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dines App Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Equipment. We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the Equipment.

9. Termination

We may terminate your rental if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must return the Equipment in its original condition, except for normal wear and tear.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be interpreted accordingly.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the terms will continue in effect.
