1. About the programme
The Dines Advocate Scheme is our way of thanking customers who introduce us to other venues that could benefit from using Dines.
2. What qualifies as a referral
A referral counts when:
- You introduce a venue that Dines is not already speaking with.
- The referral leads to a meeting or a successful sign-up, depending on the reward tier.
- If more than one Advocate refers the same venue, we’ll share recognition fairly.
3. Rewards
Advocates may receive:
- A thank-you reward when a referred venue attends a meeting, or
- A higher reward if they become a Dines customer.
- The reward format (e.g., voucher) and amount may vary and will be confirmed when the referral is accepted.
Rewards do not apply to hardware sales or excluded services.
4. Payment timing
Rewards are issued quarterly once the referred venue completes the required steps.
5. What counts as a client
A client may be a single venue, a group of venues, or an operator of events or food halls where traders use Dines.
6. Advocate responsibilities
Advocates should:
- Provide accurate information
- Only share introductions in good faith
- Keep non-public Dines information confidential
- Comply with relevant laws
- Advocates participate as independent referrers, not as Dines employees.
7. Changes to the scheme
Dines may update or close the Advocate Scheme at any time. Any changes apply going forward and will not affect rewards already earned.
8. Full terms
These website T&Cs are a simplified overview. Full terms apply and may be shared if needed.
